Refund policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the items have been shipped.
Defective or Incorrect Items In the event that you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, we will exchange it for a non-defective replacement.

- Return Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges involving defective or incorrect items. In any other case where a return is exceptionally permitted, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Non-returnable Items Due to the nature of our products (food items), we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience (e.g., changed your mind, ordered by mistake). We also do not accept returns or refunds for sale items or gift cards.
Refunds Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable for a defective item.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
